Ayade who did not give a reason on why the Commissioner was relieved of his job, however, thanked him for the services he rendered for the state while in office and wished him well in his future endeavors.
This would be the sixth commissioner to be sacked by Governor Ayade after he moved to the All Progressives Congress, APC, from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Multiple Sources, however, attributed the sack to Njar’s anti-party activities after his defection to the APC in his Ikom Local Government Area of Cross River State.
Governor Ayade has sacked more than ten of his aides after joining the ruling APC.
