In a significant step towards addressing housing deficit and boosting local economy, the Federal Government is set to generate jobs for more than 6500 artisans in Osun State through its Renewed Hope 250 units Housing Estate project.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Development Ahmed Dangiwa stated this at the ground-breaking of the Renewed Hope Estate in Osun State.
Spread on a large expanse of land and about 2mins drive from the Osun State Secretariat is the Renewed Hope 250 Housing Estate.

The Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Ahmed Dangiwa alongside his Minister of State Tijjani Gwarzo with Osun state deputy governor, Prince Kola Adebisi performed the ground-breaking for the estate.
The estate is expected to have 50 units of 1-bedroom semi-detached bungalows, 150 units of 2-bedroom semi-detached bungalows, and 50 units of 3-bedroom semi-detached bungalows.
Under the first and second leg of the Renewed Hope project, 3500 housing units will be provided to Nigerians in 13 states.
With a strong warning to contractors not to do substandard work, the Renewed Hope Estate in Osun State is expected to be completed in 3 months.
