President Bola Tinubu has commiserated with the family of late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, the National Assembly, Government and people of Anambra State over the sad loss.
The deceased was a renowned businessman and politician, who was Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District at the National Assembly.
The President prays for the repose of the soul of the departed lawmaker, as well as for strength and comfort to his family.
Meanwhile, media aide to the late Senator, Chuks Kamen says he reportedly had a cardiac arrest in his hotel room in London and could not make it after been rushed to the hospital.
He did not give any further details besides confirming that the late lawmaker left Nigeria for London, in the United Kingdom two days ago.
The death of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah comes barely a day after the demise of another prominent Igbo leader who was President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu.
