Lawmakers in Nigeria’s house of representatives are set to reconvene for plenary on Wednesday to address pressing national issues.
The directive communicated through an internal memorandum issued by the Clerk of the House, Yahaya Danzaria and signed by the house spokesperson Akin Rotimi, ask that Members return from their constituencies to attend the crucial session.
The notice says The forthcoming session will focus on critical matters requiring immediate legislative attention.

The House had commenced its annual recess on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.
