Following the recent promotion by the Police Service Commission, (PSC), based on the recommendation of the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun, fifty-two police inspectors have been promoted to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP II).
The newly promoted ASPs serving in the command were decorated by the Commissioner of Police, Kebbi State Command, CP Bello Sani, in conjunction with his management team at the State Headquarters in Gwadangaji, Birnin Kebbi.

CP Sani described their promotion as a thing of great joy, and a sense of pride, as it is a remarkable transition in their professional career

He called for a commensurate level of discipline and responsibility.

The newly promoted officers thanked the CP for his kind gesture and fatherly advice, and promised to raise the bar in the discharge of their responsibilities.
