Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has enjoined Muslim faithful and indeed all Nigerians to remain committed to God through prayers for the unity, peace, and progress of the country.
This is contained in a Sallah message by Governor Ugwuanyi to mark this year’s Eid El Kabir celebrations in the State.
While felicitating with all the Muslims in the State and across the world over Allah’s blessings and guidance, the Governor urged them not to lose the spiritual significances of the Islamic feast.

In the mood of Salah celebrations, Governor Ugwuanyi donated some food items and other gifts to the Muslim faithful in Enugu State.
Earlier this Tuesday, Islamic worshippers in Enugu State gathered in various praying grounds to observe the traditional Eid El Kabir prayers.
