The immediate past governor of Taraba State, Darius Ishaku is currently in the custody of the Economic And Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC for alleged misappropriation of funds to the tune of N27 billion while in office.

Sources in the EFCC who confirmed this to ait.live said the former governor was arrested on Thursday by operatives of the commission and had since been having sessions with interrogators of the anti-graft agency.
