Human Capital Development: Vice President Launches Strategic blueprint, Gender Documents in Nasarawa

Vice President Kashim Shettima, has launched two strategic documents for the Nasarawa State Human Capital Development Agency to improve the lives of residents in the state.

The Documents that were launched in Lafia, the state capital are, the Nasarawa State Human Capital Development Strategy Document and the Gender Transformative Human Capital Development Policy Framework.

The Vice President assured the people of the federal government’s commitment to make Human Capital Development the cornerstone of the Tinubu led administration.

Shettima is happy with Nasarawa Government for prioritizing Human Capital Development, which informed his decision to make his first official state engagement as the National Chairman Human capital development.

The Nasarawa Governor Abdullahi Sule promised diligent implementation of the two Human Capital Development documents launched by the
Vice President.

The document he said will create a platform for Ministries, Departments and Agencies and provide data for proper planning while the gender transformative policy framework will provide improved gender equity .

The six thematic areas of the state’s HCD Agency include , Health and Nutrition , Education , Labour Force Participation , Youth , Social Development and Local Government and Community Development.
