Fifteen victims of a tragic attack by terrorists on Mera village, in Augie Local Government Area of Kebbi State, North-West Nigeria has been given mass burial.
The funeral prayer was attended by Kebbi State Deputy Governor, Umar Tafida, Emir of Argungu HRH Isma’ila Mera, and Commissioner of Police who led other security chiefs.
The Deputy Governor offering condolences and support to the grieving families says the State Governor, stands with the bereaved and will work closely with security agencies to prevent further incidents.
The Emir of Argungu urged unity and resilience, calling on security agencies to intensify efforts to ensure community safety.

The funeral prayer included prayers for peace and for repose of souls of the departed, with shared commitment to strengthen regional security and stability.
