Security Forces are on the trail of Terrorists and Rustlers who have been a source of nightmare for the people of Augie Local Government Area in Kebbi State.
The Kebbi State Director of Security, Cabinet Office, Abdulrahman Zagga confirmed to Journalists in Birnin Kebbi that the terrorists have been traced to the Forest where the security forces are absolutely on top of the matter.
Abdulrahman says the Kebbi State Government has provided all the necessary logistic support to ensure success of the operation.
It could be recalled that some suspected terrorists on Friday attacked Mera community in Augie Local Government Area when worshippers in the community were preparing for Jumuat prayer.
The group, suspected to have infiltrated Nigeria from Mali through Niger Republic, killed 17 people in the community in the Friday attack.
