The Nigerian National Petroleum Company, NNPC Limited has issued a statement clarifying the pricing of products from the Port Harcourt Refining Company, PHRC.
According to the statement issued on Friday, and signed by the Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye, the company said it has not commenced bulk sales of PHRC products nor opened its purchase portal as essential processes are still being finalised.

The statement explained that the products currently being sold originate from the Dangote Refinery and include applicable fees from the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority, NMDPRA.
NNPC Limited also clarified that PHRC products are exclusively available at its retail stores for now. The company therefore warned the public to disregard any misleading information regarding pricing, assuring that official announcements will be made if and when price reviews occur.
