About three hundred rural women have received training on gender base violence management and economic independence in Gwaram community of Alkaleri local government area of Bauchi state.
The Organisers said the program is geared towards addressing gender based violence and poverty eradication in the society for sustainable growth and development .
Women and children are identified as the most vulnerable groups in the society who are always confronted with economic hardship, Domestic violence among others, a development that necessitated the engagement of these three hundred rural women to receive training on domestic conflict resolutions management and various economic empowerment to enable them become self reliant as the world mark sixteen days of activism on gender based.
