Nigeria’s Army chief, Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede, has assured citizens that the military will continue to do its best to make the country safer and more secure
The Chief of Army Staff made the statement when he visited President Bola Tinubu on Monday at the state house Abuja.
Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede, after a meeting with Bola Tinubu at the Presidential villa in Abuja on Wednesday, told state house correspondents that the military realizes the need to end all forms of insecurity in Nigeria, declaring that he will do things differently and expect a different result.
The New Chief of Army Staff was appointed, following the death of the former chief of staff, Lt Gen Taoreed Lagbaja.
