Osun State Government, has unveiled the 2025 Annual Operational Plan for the health sector ahead of the new year to increase health care coverage.
Commissioner for Health, Jola Akintola, said unveiling of the strategic document further affirms the commitment of the Governor Ademola Adeleke-led administration to improve the health status of the people.
Akintola who was speaking at the one day Stakeholders’ Meeting held in Osogbo where the 2025 Annual Operational Plan, AOP was unveiled explained that it aligns with the vision of the Governor on Imole Health Care.

He noted that the AOP encompasses key performance indicators, operating budgets, and action plans designed to meet both short-term and long-term objectives of the State Ministry of Health.
The Commissioner advised healthcare providers in various facilities to attend to patients promptly and take appropriate decisions at the right time to avert deaths.
