Delta Governance: State Gov. Commits To Better Service Delivery In 2025

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State says his administration will use the beginning of the year 2025 to match action with words with on the spot inspection of ongoing projects and discovery of areas that require government attention.

Governor Oborevwori who made this Known at the proposed Asaba International market after he paid an unscheduled visit inspection of projects in Asaba and it’s environs said, the early part of this year will also witness enhanced delivery and commissioning of more projects.

According to governor Oborevwori, construction of stalls have commenced at the market, where criminals before now took advantage of the area before the state government relocated them to Oko.

The governor also inspected the completed Gerald Onianwa Crescent, Odigwe Juwa Avenue, another Storm drainage Project under construction behind Asaba Specialist Hospital and other roads in Oshimili South Local Government Area.

The state governor also drove around the capital city, including the popular Koka round about where the activities of destitututes and hawkers have defaced the onetime beautiful under bridge.
