Amad Diallo scored a late hat-trick on Thursday to help Manchester United to a 3-1 win against Southampton in the English Premier League game.
Super Eagles stars Paul Onuachu and Joe Aribo were in action for the Saints.
Aribo was substituted in the 73rd minute while Onuachu came on in the 83rd minute.
United looked to be heading for their fifth straight game without a win in the league after an own goal by Manuel Ugarte put Southampton 1-0 ahead on 43 minutes.
But Diallo scored late in the game to end the Red Devils poor league form.
The Ivorian equalised for Manchester United on 82 minutes before putting them 2-1 ahead in the 90th minute.
He then completed his hat-trick to make it 3-1 in the 94th minute.
The win saw United move up to 12th on 26 points while Southampton remain bottom on just six points.
In the other Premier League game played on Thursday Brighton defeated Ipswich 2-0 away.
