Detained IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu

‎
‎Members of the Ohaneze Ndi Igbo Worldwide from the Maryland, Washington and Virginia chapter have called on  President Bola Tinubu to  unconditionally release the Leader of the indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu to help in the peace building process in Igboland.
‎
The chairman of the Ohaneze Worldwide, Maryland, Washington and Virginia chapter , Hycient Nwachukwu who made the call during a condolence visit to the family of late Emmanuel Inwuanyawu said Igboland is bleeding because the continuous detention of Nnamdi Kanu has given some criminal elements the opportunity to perpetrate evil in the land.
‎
‎He said the continuous holding of Kanu in detention will not only lead to collapse of economic prosperity of the Igbo people but will lead to continuous destruction of life and property across the Igboland.
‎
‎The chairman, Igbo Elders Consultative Forum Simon Okeke said the late Emmanuel Inwuanyawu was a strong voice calling for the unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu and promised that the Igbos will continue to speak with one voice to ensure his release.
