The body of late LT. Gen. Jeremiah Useni has been committed to mother earth at his village in Langtang North Local Government Area of Plateau State.
LT. Gen. Jeremiah Useni Timbut, the Sardauna Plateau and Nasarawa States, died on Thursday January 23, 2025 at age of 82.
The guest preacher at the funeral service, Bishop Josiah Fearon advised political and religions leaders to promote peace and unity among Nigerians.

In his remarks, Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang said General Useni’s life of impact improved stability and development across Nigeria hence the need for people to emulate the large heart of the late general.
