The Action Alliance, AA, has amended its constitution and extended the tenure of its National Chairman, Kenneth Udeze and other national officers by two years.
According to the party, the extension is to cover the period it was facing internal crisis and legal battle.
This move was a unanimous agreement adopted at the party’s national convention held in Abuja.

This is the first time in 8 years that the Action Alliance will hold a national convention after long internal crisis and leadership legal battle that affirmed Kenneth Udeze as the substantive national chairman, 13 months ago.
Both former and aggrieved members converged on Abuja for the convention.
Members of the party also approved the expulsion of 22 former executive members over anti party activities.
