Nigeria’s headline inflation has eased to 23.18% year-on-year in February, recording the second consecutive decline in 2025 after rebasing exercise by the National Bureau of Statistics, NBS.
According to the new inflation data published on the NBS website on Monday, the annual consumer prices rose 23.2 percent in February from 24.5 percent in January 2025
The month-on-month inflation declined by 1.3 percent indicating a slow rate of price increases compared to January 2025.
