President Muhammadu Buhari has commiserated with the government and people of Adamawa State over the passing of Ahmed Joda, a retired Super Permanent Secretary.
A delegation led by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustafa, was at the Government House Yola, on a condolence visit.
President Buhari said, the history of Nigeria cannot be completed, without the life of late Ahmed Joda, because of his uniqueness, humility, modesty, and generosity.
He asked Nigerians to emulate his legacies.

Governor Ahmadu Fintiri thanked President Muhammadu Buhari for sending the delegation, to condole with the government and people of Adamawa State, over the monumental loss of Ahmed Joda.
The Governor described the elder statesman as a father, an adviser, whom the leaders of the nation run to, when in difficult times, and prayed to Allah to reward his deeds.
Among the Federal Government, delegation is the Chief of Staff to the President, Ibrahim Gambari, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Musa Bello, and some members of the National Assembly.
