The Nigerian Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs NSCIA, has commended the Kaduna state Independent electoral commission for conducting a credible Local council poll.
The council in a press statement on Thursday said the result declared by the state electoral commission boss, was the wish of the Kaduna state people.

The statement signed by the Council Director of Administration, Zubairu Haruna, says the Kaduna exercise is a sign of new beginning. for Nigeria’s democracy.
It further added that this was a significant outing where it is no longer he who pays the piper, dictates the tune, as the opposition too ha e won some places.
