On Tuesday, September 11, 2001 suicide attackers seized the United States passenger jets and crashed them into the two New York Skyscrapers killing thousands of people.
The attack remains one of the most traumatic events of the century, not only for the Americans but also for the world.
It was September 12, 2001, at about 08.46 eastern time, four planes flying over the eastern U.S were sized simultaneously by a team of hijackers
The Hijacked planes were crashed into landmark buildings in New York and Washington setting the building on fire. Thousands of people were trapped in the upper floor of the centerpieces

The attack orchestrated by Osama Bin Laden led AI Qaeda, was carried out by 19 hijackers who were from UAE, Egypt, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia
