Gunmen have attacked an ECWA Church located on the express way in Okedayo – Kabba, in Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area of Kogi State, North Central Nigeria.
Police Public Relations Officer, Kogi State Command, Williams Ayah who confirmed the incident said several undisclosed numbers of worshippers have been reportedly abducted and two killed while worshippers were in for Sunday Church service.

An eye witness who wants to remain anonymous said the Gunmen invaded the church during the worship period, fired Gunshots sporadically into the air which left members confused as they scampered for safety.
The Pastor of the church was reportedly taken away and one of those killed was identified as Gbenga Reuben.
This tragedy is coming few days after the jail break at the Kabba Custodial center and the abduction of three persons at a poultry farm in the same local government.
