Senator Sani, others identify dialogue and end to poor governance as pathways to peace

As Nigeria joins the rest of the world to commemorate the 2021 International Day of Peace, Senator Shehu Sani from Kaduna State and some human rights activists have advocated for say dialogue so as to keep Nigeria as one indivisible entity

They made this known at an event organized to celebrate the world peace day in Benin city the Edo state capita on the topic Nigeria’s unity, dialogue as the pathway.

Senator Sani, stressed that dialogue is all the country needs to put an end to injustice, nepotism, insecurity and poor governance.

He added that Nigeria has a structural problem that needs to be reconfigure Politically and economically.

A Benin based human rights activists,Austin Osakue, says Injustice is the reason for agitation and lack of peace in the country, while the organizer of the world peace conference Kelly Osunbor say dialogue is non negotiable at this critical time.

Pupolar Nigerian Musician Eedris Abdulkareem was also on ground to entertain participants.

The Theme for the 2021 international Day of peace is “Recovering better for an equitable and sustainable world.”
