Governor Sule pleads for Nation’s Positive future, as Nasarawa celebrates 25

The Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has called on Nigerians to use the memorable event of the nation’s 61st independence anniversary, for a sober reflection on the country’s journey so far, to enable them make positive projections into the future, even in the midst of the current insecurity and other challenges facing the country.

The governor made the plea in Lafia, on the occasion of the celebration of the 61st independence anniversary celebration which coincided with the 25th anniversary of the creation of Nasarawa State.

Gov Sule noted that despite the challenges in the country and Nasarawa State, his administration remains determined to deliver on its mandate to meet the yearnings and aspirations of the people of Nasarawa state.

Sule urged the people, to support and work in partnership with the government for a better developed and peaceful state.

The occasion featured parades by different security agencies in the state.
