The abducted student of Bayero University Kano, Sakina Bello, has regained her freedom.
The 300 level student, abducted around Rijiyar Zaki on Gwarzo road in the Kano metropolis, regained her freedom on Thursday.
Police Spokesman in Kano, Haruna Kiyawa, said the lady escaped from the hands of the kidnappers and was seen in Sabon Gari quarters, Fagge local government area where she called a family member on phone.
According to the police image maker, no ransom was paid as the university undergraduate has been reunited with her family.

Kiyawa noted that investigation into her abduction is ongoing, promising that the command will get to the root of the crime.
Sakina Bello, a 300-level student of Botany at Bayero University Kano, was kidnapped on Tuesday while on transit in a tricycle.
