NCDC confirms 284 new Covid-19 cases

The Nigeria Centre For Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 284 new cases of COVID-19.

Going by the latest report, FCT recorded 67 new infections, while Kaduna State had 33.

Rivers recorded 31, Anambra 23, while Lagos and Osun both had 22 Cases respectively

Cross River and Edo also had 18 new cases each, while Ondo recorded 13, Plateau 12,
Nasarawa 6, Kwara 5,

Imo with 4 new infections Benue 3,Niger 2, Delta, Ekiti, Jigawa, Ogun and Oyo all recorded 1 case each.

So far about 207,978 covid-19 cases have been confirmed in Nigeria. 195,626 cases were treated and discharged while a total of
2,756 patients lost their lives.

The NCDC further reported recent 101 cases of recoveries from Edo State including community discharge

It also stated that two states, Bauchi and Kano recorded zero cases in the last 24 hours
