The Accountant General of the Federation Ahmed Idris has called on the Association of Bursars of Nigerian Universities, ABNU to put in place a think tank that will generate ideas to enhance effective management of the nation’s treasury.
The AGF, represented by the Director of Special Duties, Gabriel Madaki at a two-day Bursars workshop expressed readiness to accept recommendations from the think tank.

Chairman of the Association of Bursars of Nigeria, Victor Imagbe said Bursars have come together to proffer solutions to recurring challenges with the Nation’s Treasury management.
The Bursars used the opportunity to commend the AGF Prudent treasury management and the executive secretary of TETFund, Sulieman Bogoro for research development promotion.
