A new Commissioner of Police, Bartholomew Onyeka, has been deployed to Plateau State Command.
Onyeka’s, deployment follows an order of immediate posting by the Inspector General of Police Usma Alkali on Wednesday.
While confirming the Development to ait.live , Spokesperson for the Plateau State Police Command ASP Gabriel Ubah said the commissioner of Police Edward Egbuka has been redeployed to the Force Headquarters for other national engagements.

Onyeka, who hails from Nkume, in Njaba Local Government Area of Imo State, holds a B. A (Hons) in Public Administration and a Masters Degree in Defence Studies from Punjab University, India.
