The Recording Academy, organizer of the annual Grammy Awards Tuesday unveiled nominations for the 64th edition.
Nigerian music stars Wizkid BurnaBoy Femi Kuti and his son Made Kuti made the nomination list for the 2022 Grammy Awards.
Afrobeat Legend Femi Kuti and Made were nominated in the Best Global Music Album category for their Legacy +Album; a category won this year by Reggae Dancehall star Burnaboy.

In the Best Global Music Performance category multiple award winning star Wizkid was nominated for his hit song titled Essence featuring Tems while Grammy Award winner Burnaboy got nominated for the song Do Yourself by ace Beninese singer songwriter and actress Angelique Kidjo.
86 award categories are up for the 64th Grammys scheduled to hold January 31st 2022 at the Microsoft Theatre Los Angeles California United States.
