The Nigeria Premier Football League NPFL has concluded plans to organise a colourful trophy presentation for 2024-25 champions Remo Stars.
The NPFL Chief Operating Officer,Davidson Owumi disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday.
Owumi said a joint team of the league body and Remo Stars management are putting finishing touches to the planned trophy presentation ceremony.
He stated that there is a slight adjustment to the kickoff time of the matchday 37 fixture between Remo Stars and Ikorodu City.
Owumi said the slight adjustment is to ensure the safety of dignitaries and fans that would travel from Lagos to Ikenne for the trophy presentation ceremony that would hold at the end of the match.

The match which is billed for the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne has been brought forward to 3pm on Sunday May, 11.
Remo Stars will trade tackles with El-Kanemi Warriors in a matchday 36 fixture in Maiduguri on Wednesday.
