The ondo state security network, code named Amotekun has rescued five kidnapped victims from their abductors in various parts of the state.
Commander of the corps, Adetunji Adeleye while briefing journalist in Akure,Ondo state capital said the operatives also foiled twelve kidnap attempts along the state border towns in the last two weeks.
Emmanuel Adeladu was one of the five rescued Kidnapped victims abducted recently along the ikare/ Owo highway in ondo state.
Before he was rescued by Operatives of Amotekun corps, he was inflicted with various cutlass injuries by his abductors.
The remaining kidnap victims were rescued along the ore/ijebu ode/Lagos highway.

Commander of Amotekun Corps, Adetunji Adeleye while addressing journalists said the suspected kidnappers had demanded a ransom of between 50 million and 100 million naira before their victims could be released.
Adeleye assured that the corps in collaboration with other security agencies remain resolute to keep criminals at bay especially in border towns and communities.
