Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has received formal notification of the passing of the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin. Governor Makinde extended his condolences to the family.
The Governor assured the family that the state would stand by them and ensure a befitting burial for the late monarch. The government and people of Oyo State mourn the loss of a revered traditional ruler.
