Gov. Umahi cautions Politicians against divisive tendencies

Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State, South East Nigeria has cautioned politicians in the State against using their political parties to cause divisions and enmity amongst the people.

Umahi gave the advise during the State’s Christmas party held at the Ecumenical Centre, Abakaliki.

Governor Umahi says he couldn’t be happier that many citizens irrespective of their political affiliations, turned up for the event, explaining that political parties are mere vehicles to seek power, and should not be instrument for creating confusion among the people.

Umahi encourages citizens to use the festive season to spread love to their neighbors, while urging them to be vigilant.
