Two floating filling stations, some shops and yet to be ascertained number of speed boats were consumed by fire early hours of Monday in Warri south local government area of Delta state.
The fire incident which occurred at the popular miller waterside close to the NPA area of Warri, also destroyed prized properties at the affected boatyard.
Details surrounding the cause of the fire is still sketchy.
At the time of report, traders of the affected shops were trying to salvage what is left from the fire incident.
Meanwhile, the chairman of Warri south local council area, Michael Tidi, visited the scene of the incident to inspect the level of damage done by the fire.
