The Benue State Government is mourning the death of Late Mary Yisa, a former Senior Special Assistant to the Governor whose passing has left it in deep sorrow.
A statement by the Secretary to the State Governor Deborah Abeh discribed the late isa as a dedicated public servant, a committed patriot, and a woman of rare courage who served our state with diligence, humility, and a heart for humanity.
Adding that her contribution to governance and development in the State will be remembered with gratitude.
The SSG said her sudden departure is a painful loss not only to her immediate family but also to the entire Benue State Government and the people whose lives she touched in remarkable ways.
The Government however draws comfort from the fact that she lived a life of impact, service, and devotion to the common good and prayed that God in His infinite mercy will console her family, colleagues, and loved ones, and grant her soul eternal rest in His bosom.
