Nasarawa State Governor and Chairman of the North Central States Governors’ Forum, Abdullahi Sule has endorsed a peace-building collaboration with Nigerian music icon and Goodwill Ambassador, Innocent “2Baba” Idibia.

The initiative, under the banner United North-Central for Peace Promotion (UNCPP), seeks to use music, concerts, community outreach, and awareness campaigns to inspire peace and tolerance among youths across Abuja, Nasarawa, Benue, Plateau, Niger, and Kwara States.

Governor Sule praised 2Baba for championing the project, stressing that music as a unifying tool would help reduce violence and heal divided communities.

Innocent Idibia, known by the stage name, ‘2Baba’ noted that the North Central region has faced waves of communal clashes, banditry, and socio-political unrest, which makes the project timely.
