A disturbing security report on Abuja, the Nigerian Federal Capital Territory State that the Commander of the Volunteer Vigilantes group in Kobi Sarki, a few kilometres away from the city centre, has been murdered in cold blood.
The victim named as Bako Shauza was said to have been shot dead while attempting to rescue those kidnapped from the community by suspected Kidnappers who invaded the community at about 8pm on Monday.

Residents of the community who have barricaded the road leading to the area in protest of their ordeal, are calling on the FCT Minister and the Executive Chairman of Abuja Municipal Area Council to address the incessant attacks on people of the community.
Kobi community has in recent times witnessed several attacks leading to the death of a security officer and the abduction of several people.
