The National Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Rauf Aregbesola, has condemned the recent attack on the party’s secretariat in Ekiti State.
Aregbesola, who visited the secretariat in Ado-Ekiti to assess the level of damage, described the incident as an “undemocratic act” and a threat to political tolerance in the state.
According to him, the hoodlums vandalized property belonging to the party, including canopies, chairs, and posters. He urged security agencies to investigate the incident and bring the perpetrators to justice.
The ADC national secretary also called on party members to remain calm and not retaliate, emphasizing that the party stands for peace and democratic values.
