Federal Capital Territory, FCT High Court sitting in Gwarinpa, has ordered that the former Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige, continue to enjoy the administrative bail granted him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

The court however ordered that Ngige presents a surety who is a director in Federal
Government employment, who must have a landed property.

The surety is expected to deposit documents of his landed property and travel documents with the court pending when Ngige finalises the retrieval of his own passport.

The EFCC had granted Ngige bail based on self recognition and ordered that he presents his travel document to the commission as well as one surety.
