Akwa Ibom State Governor, Umo Eno says the state is thankful to God for the achievements recorded in the state past and present.
Governor Eno said this at the annual thanksgiving and rededication service in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom state capital.
It was a soul lifting time of praise and worship from grateful hearts for the peace and development of the state.
Governor Umo Eno who led the thanksgiving said the state has been blessed with peace and leaders who have worked tirelessly for the development of the state.
The Governor revealed plans to unify and improve the revenue base of the state.
The officiating ministet at the service, Apostle Joshua Selman did justice to the theme, The God Of All Flesh pointing out the sovereignty and supremacy of God over all things.
Prayers were offered for the Governor, his family, cabinet, political office holders and the general well being of the state.
