The African Democratic Congress, ADC, has inaugurated a committee on membership mobilisation ahead of the 2027 elections, appointing activist Aisha Yesufu as deputy chair and former Borno PDP governorship candidate, Kashim Imam, as chairman.
The 20-man Committee on Membership Mobilisation, Revalidation and Registration was inaugurated in Abuja by the party’s National Chairman, David Mark.
Speaking at the event, Mark said the committee is a critical part of the ADC’s strategy to strengthen its grassroots base, reposition the party, and build internal cohesion ahead of the next general elections.
He charged members of the committee to carry out their assignment without favoritism or exclusion, stressing that unity and credibility remain central to the party’s preparations for 2027.
