The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the Nigeria Police and other security agencies in tackling the growing security challenges in Kano State, through sustained special operations and inter-agency collaboration.

This assurance was given by the newly appointed Commander, 455 Base Services Group, Kano, Group Captain Mohammed Borgu, while addressing officers and men during the official handover ceremony at the Base.

The ceremony marked the end of the over two-year tenure of the outgoing Commander, Air Commodore Mustapha Suleiman, and the formal assumption of office by Group Captain Mohammed Borgu as the new helmsman of the 455 Base Services Group.
