Rivers State House of Assembly has resolved to forward a request for the investigation of impeachment allegations against Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy, Professor Ngozi Odu to State Chief Judge, Justice Simeon Chibuzor-Amadi, for the constitution of an investigative panel.
This follows motions confirming that the impeachment notices have been served on the Governor Fubara and his deputy Professor Odu in line with provisions of the constitution.
