Yoruba Nation activist, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho paid homage to the Olubadan of Ibadan, Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja, for his role in securing his release.
Igboho visited Ladoja to express his gratitude, stating that he had no criminal case while in the country, but was only ensuring Yoruba land was free from invasion.
Igboho called on Yoruba sons and daughters to remain calm and peaceful, citing President Bola Tinubu’s intolerance for terrorism and banditry.
The Olubadan challenged Igboho to use his return as an opportunity to work for Nigeria’s interest and unity.
Igboho’s home in Ibadan was allegedly attacked due to his activism, while he took to the woods.
