The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has registered two additional political parties to the existing 19, currently bringing the number to 21 registered political parties in Nigeria.
Chairman of the Commission, Professor Joash Amupitan made this known at the first regular consultative meeting with political parties in abuja.
The two new political parties are the Democratic Leadership Alliance, DLA and National Democrat Congress, NDC.
