There was jubilation in Kwali Area Council this Monday after the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, announced the upgrade of the stool of the traditional ruler in the council to a First Class stool.
The Minister made the announcement during a thank-you visit to residents of Kwali Area Council, where he returned to appreciate them for voting for the preferred candidate during the FCT Area Council elections.
