United Nigeria Airlines has announced an addition to its management team, appointing Lilian Uwaemelulam as Head of Performance and Talent Management.
In a statement by its Public Relations Officer, Chibuike Uloka, the appointment is part of the airline’s ongoing efforts to strengthen organisational capacity, support its expansion strategy, and enhance operational efficiency.
Uloka noted that “Mrs. Uwaemelulam brings over 20 years of distinguished experience in performance management, talent development, and organisational strategy.” Stressing that “she has a proven track record of aligning talent initiatives with corporate objectives and driving workforce productivity across diverse sectors.”
Prior to joining UNA, she was a partner at Eloh Consulting Limited, where she led executive-level performance management and talent development initiatives. She also served as Director at Lagos Business School, where she led high-performing teams and managed strategic partnerships.
She holds an MBA from Lagos Business School, alongside other advanced qualifications and executive training from globally recognised institutions.
United Nigeria Airlines says it is confident that her expertise will strengthen its talent management framework and support the airline’s long-term growth and service excellence.
