The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has said the decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to derecognise the David Mark led African Democratic Congress (ADC) leadership in compliance with the judgement of a Court is valid in law, justified and consistent with Electoral policy and Democratic practice.
In a statement issued on Thusday by the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Felix Morka described the derecognition of principal officers of the Party as a consequence of the party’s reckless and desperate misadventure.
The APC noted that it is highly escapist for the ADC to blame the APC for its internal woes of which they are the sole architects.

According to the ruling party, the ADC’s unwillingness to take responsibility for its failure to follow due process, order its internal affairs, and manage its crisis makes ADC grossly unfit as platform to be taken seriously by Nigerians.
